NSCB launches micro credit at Meluri


Dimapur, April 15: The Micro Credit of NSCB was launched by Kekhwengulo Lea, vice chairman of NSCB Ltd on April 13 at Meluri. The Nagaland State Cooperative Bank Ltd has sanctioned Rs 1 crore to Social Welfare Society for Rural Development for onward lending to JLGs & SHGs such as farmers, small businesses, etc.
The programme was chaired by Rev. Arhuchu, chairman, Sowsord, Wezihu. Welcome address was delivered by Rev Rumatho Nyusou and assured the bank best cooperation.
R Lipoktoba Aier, General Manager (Admn), NSCB Ltd in his keynote address spoke about how NSCB plays a vital role in helping the people of Nagaland to the remotest area where no other financial institution dare to reach.
Kekhwengulo Lea, VC, NSCB Ltd in his launching speech advised the people to make use to the loan in an appropriate manner and repay the same on time to avail bigger loan to increase production.
V K Disong, Manager FIC, NSCB Ltd spoke about produce marketing and pricing in an organized manner by maintaining the product quality.
