Dimapur, May 13: The Nagaland Rifle Association will be conducting shooting training camps followed by the 5th Nagaland Shooting Championships 2019. Interested shooters can contact NRA officials for registration. Free training will also be conducted for differently abled persons under the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) SH1 and SH2.
The training will be conducted in 10 Meter Air Rifle and Air Pistol from May 22 to 28, at Ladybird School Shooting Range, Mokokchung (Contact: 9862128400); 25 Meter Standard Pistol and Sport Pistol; 50 Meter Open Sight and Peep Sight Rifle from June 3 to 8 at Aries Sports Complex, Bamumpukhuri-1, Dimapur (Contact: 9436010820) and 10 Meter Air Rifle and Air Pistol from June 24 to 29 at Aries Shooting range, Kohima (Contact: 7758002278), which will be followed by the 5th Nagaland Shooting Championships 2019 from July 2 to 5 at Dimapur.
Shooters have been requested to register online to the National Rifle Association of India at www.thenrai.org. for participation at the 5th Nagaland Shooting Championships 2019. Failing to register online to NRAI, a shooter will not be eligible to participate at the forthcoming 5th Nagaland Shooting Championships 2019, 7th North East Zone Shooting Championship 2019 at Guwahati followed by the 63rd National Shooting Championship Competitions 2019 at Delhi/Pune.
