
Kohima, December 15: The Naga People’s Front (NPF) today celebrated pre-Christmas at NPF Central HQ Office, Kohima under the theme “Glory to God in the Highest.”
Delivering Christmas message, NPF working president Dr. Huskha Yeputhomi called upon party men and women to be sincere in their approaches and help the needy people.
“We have to do something good for the needy people,” he said.
He also challenged the gathering to be sincere believer. He was optimistic that “2022 will be a meaningful year for all of us.”
Earlier, N. Vihoshe Swu, president NPF Central Youth wing and Tsangsang read scriptures from Bible.
The programme also witnessed special offering for Oting victims and observance of two minute silence in memory of the Oting victims and also passing away of NPF Central general secretary Yanglong Konyak.
Yanhola & group and Ruokuolatuo presented special numbers.
The programme was chaired by Atou Liezietsu, press secretary NPF. S. Akho Leyri andf P. Shing Khiam pronounced invocation and benediction prayer respectively.
