NPF asks party workers to constitute coordination committee


Dimapur, April 6: The Naga People’s Front (NPF) has directed all party men to immediately constitute coordination committee at the divisional, area, town and village levels in accordance with the decision taken by the party to support the Congress candidate in the coming Lok Sabha poll.
In a circular, NPF secretary general KG Kenye authorized all to constitute more coordination committees as per need base up to each and every polling station (2227) if the need arises.
In the absence of Congress party workers at any level, the NPF party authorities have been entrusted to ensure the polling agents are appointed at the instance of the NPF authorities, the circular said. The party directed that all necessary communications may be issued by the party office bearers at their respective levels to their subordinates.
Informing that the tour itinerary of the candidate KL Chishi will be intimated at the earliest, the circular directed the concerned divisional authorities to extend their fullest cooperation and participation in their respective jurisdiction where the meetings/rallies are to be held henceforth.
