Dimapur, March 25: The State Home Department has informed that the situation with regard to all essential commodities and goods including POL continue to remain normal in Nagaland.
In an official communiqué, the Home Department advised all to cooperate and abide by the containment orders issued by the Government. “People should remain indoors, not socialise and come out only if is unavoidable for buying essential goods. At shops one should maintain social distancing,” it advised.
Further from one family only one person should come out for shopping purposes and should try to shop only from the shops closest to his or her house.
Informing that the District administration and police are regularly monitoring the situation, the Home Department warned that strict action will be taken against anyone found indulging in non-essential travel. It also informed that a state control room has set up for the same. (Page News Service)
