Dimapur, January 13: The Kiphire District administration organised a review meeting with the District officers and tribal bodies for the proposed visit of NITI Aayog to Kiphire District Headquarter on January 15.
Deputy Commissioner, Sarita Yaav highlighted the schedule of the NITI Aayog visit, and urged the tribal bodies to sincerely report on how much the district is developed under the aspirational district. She advised the health sector to report before the NITI Aayog, adding this kind of opportunities is very rare and urged the tribal bodies to be prepared to share their request.
The team is coming from Delhi and will reach Kiphire on January 15. After reaching Kiphire, the team will be going to different places around Kiphire town, after which a meeting will be held in the DC’s conference hall.
DPDB: The monthly Kiphire District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) meeting was held on January 13 in the DC’s conference hall Kiphire under the chairmanship of DC Kiphire, Sarita Yadav.
The DC called upon the district officers to strictly monitor their offices and report the absent employees in time. She also informed the member seeking leave from DPDB meet to submit their application beforehand. She informed the board members that leave through WhatsApp will not be entertained.
The DC also apprised the District officers to contribute their service and make the 2020 Republic Day successful and do their best on the assignment given to them.
