NFHRCC extends ultimatum deadline to Sept 12

DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 3: The NFHRCC today held a consultative meeting with Dimapur-based tribal hohos, student bodies and youth organizations and CNSA and discussed on the State Government’s appeal letter on the matter of 30 days ultimatum served to the Government and resolved to give the Government time till September 12.
If there is no positive outcome from the Government till September 12, the NFHRCC would go for the proposed indefinite agitation from September 13, the meeting resolved.
According to a press release issued by NFHRCC, the house unanimously resolved that a consultative meeting comprising of the foothills road tribal organizations, student bodies and youth organizes would be held on September 7 at NFHRCC base office, Khermahal, Dimapur, to work out for the next course of action, i.e., the indefinite agitation.
