Dimapur, November 16: The Nagaland Civil Secretariat Office Complex in Kohima was sealed and cordoned off completely and sanitization of the areas started this morning by a team of NDRF and SDRF.
The whole area has been declared a COVID-19 containment zone and was sealed for 48 hours on November 15 as a number of COVID-19 cases were detected there.
The NDRF team, Inspector GD Rahul Rajan said the team carried out extensive process of fumigation in all the areas of outside the building and premises.
The SDRF team, L Naik Keneilietuo Keyho comander SDRF said the team carried out the sanitization process with Sodium Hypoclorite mixing with water and fumigated all inside the Secretariat building corridors and all the office room.
It may be mentioned that Additional deputy commissioner Kohima notified the Nagaland Civil Secretariat Complex as a “sealed area” from November 16-17. (Page News Service)
