Kohima, May 29: The Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP), Phek region visited various quarantine centres under Phek district to take stock of its condition and first hand information on May 28 last.
The team was divided into two groups. One led by Mosonyi Domeh, President NDPP Phek Region which visited Phek HQ and Meluri Sub division. Another team led by Kelelo Mero, General Secretary visited Pfiitsero and Chozuba Subdivision.
The team lauded the efforts of the administrations, churches, public and NGOs.
The Phek Region also acknowledged the generous support of Phek district in-charge minister Neiba Kronu for financial assistance which enabled the region to contribute vegetables, fruits, eggs and snacks to the quarantine centres. (Page News Service)
