
DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 13: AICC in-charge of Nagaland, Dr Ajoy Kumar, ex-MP, has alleged that the NDPP-BJP-NPF Government has totally failed the people, and that Naga people deserves a better Government.
He was speaking at a programme at Sheanghah Chingnyu village in Mon District as part of Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee’s (NPCC) “Crusade against unfaithful Government”, informed a NPCC press release.
Appreciating and expressing admiration for the beauty and the nature of Naga people, he however lamented that the road condition is pathetic.
Expressing confidence that Congress will come to power at the Centre in 2024 and “restore the good days”, he encouraged party workers to work hard to score big in the 2023 elections. He also urged them to fight on issues and stand on issues of common interest.
Come together to vote out BJP alliance Government in Nagaland in 2023 and enjoy the good days, he appealed.
Meanwhile in a major announcement, Dr Ajoy Kumar informed that the NPCC will field all 60 candidates in the upcoming 2023 general elections.
Speaking at the programme, NPCC president K Therie alleged that the 60 MLAs in the Nagaland Legislative Assembly have given a blank cheque to the Government of India to divide Nagaland even after GoI had declared that talks have concluded for Nagaland.
Therie questioned the delay in implementation of Naga solution, and blamed the UDA for the delay. He also explained the Congress resolution demanding withdrawal of August 3 State Assembly resolution, informed the NPCC press release.
Therie also appealed to the people to stand with the Congress to defend and protect our faith and land.
