Nagaland COVID-19 tally rises to 9075


Dimapur, November 1: Nagaland on Sunday reported 28 new COVID-19 cases taking the State’s tally to 9075. But with 7454 recoveries and 33 deaths, the number of active cases in the State is 1499.
Out of the 28 new cases, 22 were detected in Dimapur, 4 in Kohima, and one each in Longleng & Mon.
As per the severity of symptoms 1,425 active cases are asymptomatic, 43 active cases are mild, 15 active cases are moderate on oxygen, 8 active cases are severe on oxygen, 5 active cases are critical with oxygen and 3 active cases are on ventilator.
Further, out of 9,075 positive cases, the distribution across various categories of people is: Armed Forces/Police – 3,950, Traced Contacts – 3025, Returnees – 1658 and Frontline Workers – 442.
