Nagaland Chief Secretary’s office sealed

Dimapur, August 16: The office of the Chief Secretary, Nagaland Civil Secretariat, has been sealed for 48-hours with effect from August 16 that in view of the detection of a COVID-19 positive person.
The fumigation and disinfection of the office premises is being initiated, following all health safety measures and SOPs of the Government, said a notification issued by ADC Kohima, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa.
Similarly, the offices of Directorate of Under Developed Areas (DUDA) and IGP (INT), Kohima have also been sealed with effect from August 16 for 48 hours in view of the detection of a COVID-19 positive person.
The fumigation and disinfection of both the office premises are also being initiated.
The proposed sealed area have been mapped and cordoned off and the public and all concerned have been advised to follow all safety precautions of wearing masks all the time, frequently washing hands and maintain social/physical distances to ensure public hygiene and personal safety within the proximity of the sealed areas.
