Naga entrepreneurs launch ‘Yetekinibi’

Kohima, November 7: Like Amazon for the world, Flipkart for India, Naga entrepreneurs has launched an exclusive e-commerce website called ‘Yetekinibi,’ bringing the market to one’s door step.
Days of pandemic has initiated some young minds to analyze the trade in social media and create one shop for all desires.
Yetekinibi is nomenclatured from Nagamese meaning ‘Buy from here.’

Yetekinibi was created by a team of 7 members comprising of four IT and communication experts Imnajungshi, Longhsithung, Mughato and Achila, two market specialists Renja and Tia and one trade and finance analyst, Toni.
Albeit exclusive of mobiles phone the list of things are not short of what one wants to buy. One would find much rare collections from local producers and artist, which brings pride to the state, Yetekinibi stated.
Keeping in mind the standards, the sellers of Yetekinibi are scrutinized for the registration certificate, quality and services to provide the best to the customers.
A research and development team was active to try some local products and approach those highly reviewed by the users which makes the quality of good grade.
Yetekinibi announced that it would be officially producing merchandise for well known Naga Youtubers and artists and will be made available to the public soon.
Also the aspiration to make availability of mobile phones to the students during the nationwide lockdown sparked the centric idea of this e-commerce. The team believes in providing services where most could not reach with an aim to deliver across the state. Moreover the huge number of local entrepreneurs whose products hardly reach the local market because of improper channel and lack of platform can sell their creation to the local, domestic as well as international customers through this e-commerce.
Yetekinibi’s manager Imnajungshi asserted that the number of products will increase as this medium will induct more local seller, retailers and producers after the launch.
Furthermore, this initiative has also instilled many new developers with their ideas and has promised to sell on the website giving boost to the employment and economy of the state.
‘Yetekinibi’ runs through webpage as well as an app based to be downloaded from Play Store and App Store.
The full functional service of the e-commerce site will begin from Monday (November 9).
“We say, if this prospers this will be the right illustration of the phrase “Think Globally, Act Locally,” stated Yetekinibi.
