MoU Signed between NSCB & SOSWORD


Dimapur, April 5: With a view to cater to the credit needs to improve the socio economic condition of the rural people at the grass root level through SHGs & JLGs with special focus in the un-banked areas of the State, Imtilemba Longkumer, Managing Director, Nagaland State Co-operative Bank Ltd, and Thuchu Pfithu, Director, Social Welfare Society for Rural Development, based in Wezihu, Meluri, Phek has signed a Memorandum of Understanding today.
As of now Meluri Sub-Division have 31 Villages and 3 Towns with only one Bank branch at Meluri as such to reach the unreached, these MoU was signed.

Rumatho Nyusou Executive Secretary Pochury Baptist Church Council, Rev. Arhuchu Trakha, Chairman, SOWSORD and P Hurutsu, Accountant, representing SOSWORD were present during the occasion
