Mokokchung bids farewell to DC

Dimapur, June 4: A farewell programme for the outgoing Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Sashank Pratap Singh was held on June 2 at the conference hall of DC office.
Sashank Pratap Singh said Mokokchung was one of the best places to stay in any capacity. He said the time he was in Mokokchung was the most comfortable stay in Nagaland and said he was leaving the place with fond memories.
The outgoing DC maintained that whatever achievements he made in Mokokchung as DC, was all through the co-operation and support of the people. He also asked the people to give the same to the incoming Deputy Commissioner. Shashank said, with all the blessings of the people of Mokokchung, he would strive to do his best in his new assignments.
Thsuvisie Phoji, the incoming Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, in his short speech, said that he was ready to take advice from the people of Mokokchung, and also asked the people to support him so that everything could be done successfully as a team. He said he was determined to give his best in serving the district and the people.
