Minority Morcha BJP organizes outreach programme

Dimapur, June 6: Minority Morcha BJP Nagaland today organized an outreach programme “Seva, Sushasan aur Gareeb Kalyan Parv” and also launched a booklet/pamphlet on the achievement of the 8 years of NDA Government at the Centre.
Addressing the gathering at Hotel Saramati as special guest, National Executive Member, Minority Morcha, BJP, Pratik Edwin Sharma said that they feel proud to say that they are the members of the world’s largest party, adding BJP is not just a party but a family and it is the world’s biggest family.
Highlighting the achievements of the NDA government, Pratik said from 2014 to 2022, in the last 8 years, the NDA government has focussed on development and welfare of the people with the slogan, “sabka saath, sabka vikas aur sakba vishwas” and has been able to bring about lots of developments in the country.
He disclosed in 2014, when the NDA government came to power, the minority vote share for the NDA was only 16.8% but it increased to 23% in 2019 elections, which shows that the minority community has faith in Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP.
The National Executive Member also said the four pillars of the NDA government led by PM Modi are four “N’s” –Niyat (intention), Niyam (principles), Niti (planning) and Narendra Modi.
Claiming that there are several schemes made for the minority community in the country, he said under Ujawala 2.0, around 8 crore women have benefitted and the percentage of minorities is 37.8%.
Under Mudra Yojana, 31 crore people have availed the loans, of which 36% are minorities, he added.
He also highlighted the government schemes such as Ayushman Bharat, Jan Dhan Yojana etc and said in 8 years, 5.5 crores minorities have received benefits from various schemes of the government.
In regards to Covid pandemic which forced a lockdown in March 2020, he said the government helped in bringing back 90 lakhs children from various countries. He said PM Modi arranged special flights to bring back stranded children.
He also highlighted the success of vaccination in the country stating that vaccines were provided to the citizens of the country free of cost.
BJP is both for majority and minority, he claimed.
