Dimapur, July 22: The Lotha Youth Hoho has appealed to all network service providers in Wokha District to improve their services within 7 days, failing which the concerned telecom company will be held responsible for any untoward incident.
In an appeal, the media cell, LYH while acknowledging the tireless effort of the service providers to usher quality services to the consumers of the district said the entire district have been faced with unpredictable network and exhibition of poor workmanship for the past few months.
“The concerned authorities have been prayed with representation for improvement of network services but, things have deteriorated at its impecunious base without any improvement. It is to be reminded that paid services need equal reciprocity of value services,” it said.
Taking stock of the COVID-19 pandemic and its aftermath, the LYH said people are relying to work through mobile and internet facilities. “Students’ community and office goers, professionals and general public alike are seemed to be denied the right to keep themselves updated because of the erratic network services which is putting our lives to a standstill. This irresponsibility is viewed very seriously by the office of the Lotha Youth Hoho.”
