Dimapur, April 21: Playing the semi-finals of the ongoing LSU Martyr’s Trophy at here at Wokha local ground on Wednesday, Airfield Colony and XI Brother Wokha Village registered wins to book their places in the final. They will lock horns on April 22 at 12 noon in the final match at local ground Wokha.
In the first semi-final, Airfield Colony went toe to toe with Lower ‘E’ Khel as the scored ended 2-2 at regulation time. In the tie-breaker, Airfield Colony blanked Lower ‘E’ Khel 3-0.
In the other match, XI Brothers Wokha Village defeated Tsumang FC by a score of 4-2.
SDO Civil Chonpenthung Ezung and N Yanpothung Lotha the president of Lotha Youth Hoho, graced the semi-finals as match patrons.
The final match will be graced by K Remphamo Lotha, principal of IETC Medziphema, as special guest. (Page News Service)
