Life enrichment programme conducted at Kohima

Dimapur, June 25: Brahma Kumari’s Kohima Centre organized a life enrichment programme, Rajyoga meditation, under the theme “Live your life and forget about the age” on June 24, in the DC’s conference hall, Kohima.
Speaking at the programme, Dr Mahesh N Hemadri, MBBS (Geriatrician) GV Mody Rural Health Care Centre and Shivamani Geriatric Home Branch of Global Hospital and Research Centre, Mt Abu, Rajasthan said that the main objective of the institution was to spread the happiness and to empower senior citizens to live happy and healthy life through meditation and physical exercise.
Rajyoga meditations benefits inner peace and happiness; reduce stress and improve relationship in the family; increase concentration and inner power; personality development; control on inner weakness; self-confident; overcoming anger; positive thinking and tension free life, he said.
He also informed that the meditation and physical course will be given free of cost to the young and senior citizens at Prajapita brahma kumaris rajyoga meditation centre, PWD shopping complex, near PWD police point, Kohima from 8 am to 11am (morning) and 4 pm to 7 pm in the evening.
