LHSS Jakhama start Music as co-curricular activity

Kohima, July 26: Loyola Higher Secondary School Jakhama has started Music (Guitar) as co-curicular activity in the school.
On the inaugural day, Music Task Force (MTF) project director Dr. Hovithal Sothu, an Alumni of the school addressed the students in the inaugural program on July 24.
In his address, he said Music is life and therefore all should learn professional music atleast to a certain level.
He further said that all Nagas are blessed with the gift of music but however said that only those who are willing to take it up seriously will excel. Vilhou Kezo will teach them Guitar this year.
The school plans to take up Drums and Keyboard/Piano in the coming years.
This is an initiative of the school to help students realize their hidden dreams and capabilities. (Page News Service)
