Last round of randomization for Polling Station concluded in Dimapur

Dimapur, April 17: The last round of randomization for the allotment of polling stations to polling personnel for the Lok Sabha election was successfully conducted at the NIC Video Conferencing Room at the DC office.
Among those present at the event were Dr. Tinojongshi Chang, NCS & DEO, Dimapur, AROs of Dimapur 1, 2 & 3, Nodal officer IT Lipokmeren Imchen, DIO, NIC Longpok Longkumer, Micro Observer, Dimapur, and representatives from various political parties.
Lipokmeren Imchen, the Nodal Officer IT, provided insights into the planning undertaken. He highlighted the formation of three distinct groups for the election: an all-female contingent, a young contingent, and a mixed contingent for Dimapur.
Imchen further disclosed that a total of 172 polling stations were allocated, comprising 132 male and 40 female stations.
