Dimapur, January 17: The 58th general session of Khiamniungan Students Union was held on January 15, at Noklak village, with Minister for Higher Education, Temjen Imna Along as special guest.
The Minister encouraged the students not to waste their time but to pursue their dreams and excel through hard work. He called upon all to keep on working hard and to be proud of their heritage. He also advised the people of Noklak to be united and become a vibrant and robust district in Nagaland.
Advisor, Prison and Printing & Stationery, H.Haiying who also spoke during the occasion advised the students to set goal and vision. Be sincere, honest, hardworking and prepare today for your future tomorrow, he stated.
Director General of Police (DGP), Border Affairs Nagaland, Rupin Sharma IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Noklak Reny Wilfred IAS, President Khiamniungan Tribal Council Thangou, ENSF President, Sepili Sangtam also spoke during the occasion.
