KSA, DNSU holds courtesy meet

Dimapur, November 20: A joint courtesy meet between Karbi Students’ Association and Dimapur Naga Students’ Union was held at Rains Hotel, Khatkhati, Assam on Friday.
In the meeting, both the students’ bodies strongly appealed to both the governments of Assam/Nagaland and Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council to take the border issue with paramount concern.
The meeting also strongly warned of action any individual trying to instigate the situation/issue for their personal gain.
A joint press release issued by KSA and DNSU informed that as their meeting was a courtesy one. No resolution was made. “However, it was decided to work hand and hand with peaceful means and to maintain strong and brotherhood bonding between the two brothers of Karbi and Nagas,” the joint release said.
