KPC elects office bearers

KOHIMA, MAY 7: The Kohima Press Club held an election for its executive councils at DPDB Conference Hall, DC office, Kohima on May 7.
President KPC, Alice Yhoshü was reelected to the post of president. Vice-President Asa Seyie was also reelected to the post.
General Secretary, Atono Tsükrü also retained the post of General Secretary and Ozunglemba Jamir was elected as the Joint Secretary.
The club also elected Menguzotuonuo Linyü as the Treasurer.
The election process was initiated by the Election Commission comprising of Oken Jeet Sandham as Chief Commissioner and Kuzhovesa Soho and Esuihangle Liegise as Commissioner.
President Alice Yhoshü in her acceptance speech conveyed gratitude to the entire members of the Club for the trust upon her leadership by electing her for the prestigious post.
She urged on the members to render cooperation for the better unity of the club implored on the members to venture out for the welfare and in the interest of the club.
