Dimapur, June 8: The Kohima Diocese, at the initiative of the Diocesan COVID Task Force, has announced 50 hours of continuous prayer with the adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
A press release on Tuesday stated that parishes and religious communities spread across Nagaland will be taking part in this chain prayer and adoration, praying for the frontline workers: doctors, nurses, healthcare workers, police personnel, civil authority; infected persons and all who are directly or indirectly involved in the fight against COVID-19 pandemic, and also to seek God’s blessings upon the suffering humanity.
The scheduled time for the chain adoration is from 10 a.m. of June 9 to 12 noon of June 11.
