Kohima, April 23: MLA Khriehu Liezietsu today inaugurated Crescent International Hotel at Old NST Kohima.
In his brief address, Liezietsu said Kohima has acute shortage of quality hotels and guest houses but hoped that the new 3 Star category hotel in the heart of Kohima town will boost the hospitality sector.
Giving an introduction of the hotel, CEO Crescent International Hotel, Kohima, Keneikhrielie Mephfu-o said Crescent will be a multi cuisine fooding and lodging hotel, which will cater to the needs of a wide range of guests. It aims at providing personalized service and hospitality while all its services will be cost effective.
He said Crescent believes in service to the community and thereby 90% of its staff are local youth who have been provided with necessary training through a special management team.
Saying that over the years the taste of food has changed, he said at Crescent they plan to provide a wide range of food to all customers with reasonable prices.
“The core value will be its effort in maintaining a very high standard of hygiene and hospitality and serving the guest with a smile,” he asserted.
Among others, Advisor for Urban Development and Municipal Affairs Dr Neikiesalie Kire and NPF MLA Keneizhakho Nakhro were also present during the opening. (Page News Service)
