Dimapur, June 3: PCCF & HoFF, Nagaland, Dharmendra Prakash IFS launched the magazine ‘Into the Wild’ (Vol. I) – an initiative of Kohima Forest Division on June 3 at the chamber of the PCCF & HoFF, Kohima.
Talking about the magazine, Rajkumar M. IFS, DFO Kohima, who conceptualized the magazine, said that the Kohima Forest Division has collected articles from the community on conservation from different villages. The magazine contains interviews, posters, and articles contributed by the community.
The DFO said that the division has been organizing online competition during the past few years amid the pandemic and collecting articles, which has been included in the magazine.
Dharmendra Prakash IFS, PCCF & HoFF, Nagaland congratulated the Division for the initiative and encouraged them to continue the good work. The PCCF expressed hope that the Department will come up with more magazines and articles in the days to come.
