K-pop star Jang Han-byul to perform at Diphu, Dimapur, Kohima

Koran singer of K-pop genre and television personality Jang Han-byul is all set to perform at Diphu (July 21), Dimapur (July 20), and Kohima (July 23) in his maiden India tour, informed Alobo Naga on Monday here at Hiyo Café, Dimapur while interacting with the media about the upcoming events.
Organized by Musik-A in association with Pinkbox Events and KACC, Alobo said that the shows will have a limited intake and tickets will therefore be issued on first come first serve basis.
He explained that the tickets have been categorized in three different categories i.e., Platinum (Rs 5000), Gold (Rs 2500), and Silver (Rs 500) and will be available online from via musika.in and Musikanagaland Instagram account from June 14 onwards. Offline tickets can be availed from different Dimapur outlets (Beauty Barn, Furtados Music Store, Funky Buddha, Musik-A School) and Kohima outlets (D Café, Ozone Café, Symphony Café, and Ete Coffee).
The venues selected for the events are IMC Hall, Dimapur, Joysing Doloi Auditorium, Diphu, and Heritage, Dimapur.
Agreeing that the success of MONT concert last year has to some extent encouraged the organizers to cater to the demands for the K-pop genre, Alobo said that the genre “is in” right now. He added that the different categories of tickets carry different added benefits, for instance, a platinum ticket holder will receive signed photo card, Polaroid with the star, and a chance to play games with the artiste besides others. He mentioned it is going to be a fanmeet.
It was also informed that the organizers are running a dancing and singing contest in which people can send their “one take, no edited” videos of them singing or dancing, which will be shared on the facebook page of the organizers. The top 10 videos which will receive most number of engagements till June 30 will then be judged by the Jury specifically on the skill sets. The winner of the contest will get to open the events.
Alobo said that the event is scheduled in July so that the students can be a part of it and this also aligns with the dates of Jang Han-byul.
