JWO Building inaugurated

Dimapur, April 25: MLA, 8th Western Angami A/C, Keneizhakho Nakhro on Saturday inaugurated the Jotsoma Women Organization’s (JWO) Building at Agri-Farm Colony.

On the occasion, the MLA stated that time and again it is witnessed that empowering of women leads to the strengthening of men in society.
Keneizhakho acknowledged the predecessors for their foresight in conceiving and paving the way for the construction of the building in the State capital for the welfare of the society. He further lauded the JWO for the successful completion of the building and exhorted them to continue to take active part in development of the society.
The building was designed by Architect Keneilhousa. It consists of five storeys and was built at a cost of Rs 1.9 crore. Building committee members, Dolhulie Peseyie and Pelevito Nakhro gave brief reports on the planning, finance and construction of the building.

The dedicatory prayer was given by Pastor, Baptist Church Jotsoma, Reverend Zakiebinyii Peseyie. (Page News Service)
