Johnny Depp has claimed his ex Amber Heard sent him to hospital with a cigarette burn on his face after stubbing out her lit cigarette on his cheek.
The Pirates Of The Caribbean star has made fresh allegations against the actress as part of a libel case, claiming that during their now-infamous March 2015 fight, Amber allegedly became violent and verbally abusive.
And, according to court documents seen by The Blast , Johnny now alleges he had to receive hospital treatment after she threw a glass bottle at him which severed his finger after it smashed on the marble bar top.
The site reports that the documents claim Amber went “into a rage” after a conversation with Johnny’s lawyers about his “intention to enter into a post-nuptial agreement”.
The documents allege Amber then threw a bottle at him but missed, then threw a second battle which hit his hand and severed his finger.
“Ms Heard then put a cigarette out on [Depp’s] right cheek,” the files allege.
A photograph of Depp said to have been taken hours after the fight shows him lying on a hospital bed with a bandaged hand.
A small oval-shaped mark can be seen on his right cheek, which Johnny’s lawyers allege is a cigarette burn
In a state of shock, they say in the papers, Johnny “wrote on a mirror and walls in blood and oil paint” but denied he urinated in the house.
It’s the latest in a series of bombshell claims documented in Depp’s court papers.
In May, he claimed he nearly died as a result of the severed finger, after contracting the superbug MRSA and undergoing multiple surgeries to save the digit.
His declaration stated: “While I was in Australia filming a movie approximately one month after I married Ms Heard, on a day where my then-lawyer tried to discuss with Ms Heard the need that she sign a post-nuptial agreement with me, she went berserk and began throwing bottles at me.
“The first bottle sailed past my head and missed, but then she threw a large glass vodka bottle. The bottle struck the marble countertop where my hand was resting and exploded.
“The projectile’s impact shattered the bone in my finger and entirely severed the tip of my finger.”
It went on: “I had to have three surgeries to reconstruct my finger and contracted MRSA three times. I feared that I would lose my finger, my arm, and my life.”
In April, Amber claimed in Virginia court documents that Johnny became a “monster” on drink and drugs, before beating and strangling her.
The actress, who was married to Hollywood star for just over a year until she filed for divorce in May 2016, claims the star repeatedly hit her, pulled out her hair, choked and nearly suffocated her.
She made the claims in response to Depp’s £40million defamation lawsuit he filed against the her.
Amber’s attorney Eric George told Mirror Online: “This allegation is absurd, offensive and categorically untrue. This photograph proves nothing – apart from the fact that Johnny Depp is desperate to throw out any outlandish allegation to deflect attention from his physical and ongoing psychological abuse of Amber Heard.”
