Individuals, organizations condemn murder of police inspector


Dimapur, September 15: Advisor, Youth Resources & Sports, Er Zale Neikha expressed shock at the murder of late Neiphretuo Metsieo, S/o Neisalie Metsieo of Chiechama village, posted as Inspector at Pfutsero and whose dead body has been found between Zapami and Lasumi village under Pfutsero district.
He expressed deepest condolences to the bereaved family, loved and dear ones in this moment of grief.
While condemning the heinous crime, Neikha appealed to the citizens of Naga society to have that brotherly attitude of respect, love and compassion and let peace prevail in our land.
He also appealed to the concerned authority to book and bring the culprits to the judgment table and be given befitting punishment as per the law.
TYO: The Tenyimi Youth Organization (TYO) Dimapur has condemned the cold blooded murderer of Neiphretuo Metseio of Chiechama village under Kohima district whose body was found on Saturday morning between Lasumi and Zuketsa village under Phek district.
Expressing shock and outrage at the murder of a young and dynamic officer, the TYOD said such vicious act has no place in the society.
The TYO while expressing our anguish over the horrendous crime appealed and reminded the law enforcing agency that, as the heinous crime was committed in Nagaland and if the culprit is caught outside Nagaland, he or she must be brought in Nagaland for legal action with proper investigation and trial.
It conveyed deepest condolence to the bereaved family and prayed that Almighty would grant solace at this difficult time.
KPU: The Kandi Public Union (KPU) has condemned the murder of late Neiphretuo Metsie-o by unknown miscreants for no reason. The KPU paid tribute to the departed soul and also conveyed deepest condolences to the bereaved family.
ZAPO: The Zuketsa Area Public Organization (ZAPO) has condemned condemns the gruesome killing of Neiphretuo Metsieo, s/o Neisalie Metsieo of Chiechama Village, Inspector 5th NAP Battalion in its jurisdiction.
The Organization while strongly condemning such inhuman act, demanded the investigating authority to leave no stone unturned and give befitting punishment to all the culprits.
The ZAPO also conveyed deepest condolences to the bereaved family.
KTPO: The Khezha/KhuzhaTephe Public Organization has condemned the gruesome murder of Lt. Neiphretuo Metsieo of Chiechama village, Kohima district, who was posted as Inspector, 5th NAP battalion, Pfutsero under Phek district.
Condemning the senseless & barbaric act of murdering in cold blood and tragically cutting short of a promising police officer, the KTPO said crime is intolerable and deserves highest degree punishment.
It urged the concern authorities and law enforcing agencies to leave no stone unturned but thoroughly investigate and book the perpetrators with befitting punishments deems fit.
Further, it shared the grief and conveyed deepest condolence to the bereaved family and relatives.
CPO: The Chakhesang Public Organization (CPO) has condemned the barbaric murder of late Neiphretuo Metseio of Chiechama Village whose dead body was recovered somewhere around Zuketsa area today.
The CPO stated that late Nephretuo Metsieo was a very sincere officer posted as Inspector of 5th NAP (SN) at Pfutsero ,and asserted that the Chakhesangs shall not tolerate such act of barbarism on the part the murderers who has the nerve to commit such heinous crime in broad day light within Chakhesang jurisdiction.
CPO also stated that the deceased was not way laid as presumed by some , but was murdered in cold blood by the occupants in his car for reason best known to the perpetrators , while he was proceeding to his place of posting at Pfutsero on September 7 from Kohima .
Further , the CPO urged upon the Government investigating agencies and the administration to expedite the process of investigation ,and leave no stone unturned to bring the culprits to book at the earliest.
Meanwhile, the CPO cautioned social media users to refrain from spreading false rumours that could caused communalism, and further expressed its deepest heartfelt condolence to the grief stricken families of Lt.Neiphretuo Metsieo .
