Increase more ‘General’ coaches in Nagaland Express

+100%-

Dear Madam,
Through this column, I would like to draw the attention of NF railway authorities about the condition of Nagaland Express plying between Dimapur and Guwahati. The said train has only two-three “General” bogies, but the number of passengers travelling daily are more than the sitting capacity. These people occupy seats in Reserved “Sleeper” coaches and cause inconveniences to the passengers. This has been happening almost daily. Even the TTE are helpless and cannot do anything to remove the unwanted passengers. In such case, the Railway authorities should think of increasing more “General” bogies in Nagaland Express.
