Hope on Rio Govt.

Dear Madam,
The budget session of Nagland Legislative Assembly is underway and one can expect a number of measures to be announced such as development, infrastructure, policies etc., although it would be a deficit budget like before. The deficit accumulation has been so huge in the last 15 years that it would be difficult for the government to wipe out at one go. The only thing it can try it to reduce the deficit gap every year. Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio, who also holds the finance portfolio has been able to run the state in his previous tenure and everyone hopes that he would definitely bring change in Nagaland.
