Kohima, Apr 26 : The Chakhesang Public Organization (CPO) is organizing a programme “Honouring the life of Thepushu Venuh, vice president NNC & final rites” on April 28 at 11:00 AM at Thipiizumi village in Phek district.
Speeches will be delivered by legislators, public leaders, CPO president Veziihii Keyho, national workers, tribal hohos, Chakhesang Youth Front, Chakhesang Mothers’ Association and Chakhesang Students Union.
Funeral rites will be ministered by Rev. Khrotso Mero, executive secretary, Chakhesang Baptist Church Council.
There will be a brief send off-service at Naga Shisha Hoho Prayer Centre Priizhie, Kohima at 6:30 AM on April 28 with a prayer by Rev. Dr. Vevo Phesao, senior pastor Chakhesang Baptist Church, Minister’s Hill, Kohima (Page News Service)
