Hailey Baldwin’s family warn her about marrying Justin Bieber

It’s not like Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber are short of people weighing in on their engagement, with Kendall Jenner recently (sort of) giving her seal of approval.
And the latest super famous person to speak out about their relationship is none other than Hailey’s famous uncle, Alec Baldwin.
And actually, he’s got some super solid advice, warning her that if you’re going to get married so young then you need to put in the time.
He told the Canadian entertainment news show etalk: “People who get married young — and they are very young — I want them to just spend time with each other.”
Stephen Baldwin’s bro added that this is particularly true when you’re a huge superstar like the Biebs.
“Obviously, him in particular has this crazy superstar career,” he explained. Justin is 24, while Hailey is 21, with a birthday coming up next month.
Alec explained further, drawing on his own experience of marriage: “When you’re married… Like right now, I’m quite a bit older than both of them but I got married recently a few years ago. And my wife and I had four kids in four and a half years. We have a lot of little kids. The thing is, all the work I do now is based on my family.
He continued: “There’s movies I got offered where they say ‘Come leave town for five weeks. No we can’t travel your family with you, we don’t have that in the budget’. And I pass, because I don’t want to be away from my family. And I hope that they realize that! If you want to have a successful marriage, you have to be together. You gotta stay together.”
So we have to agree with Alec that the pair are SUPER young, but that doesn’t mean their marriage won’t work if they put in the effort.
Which it seems they are certainly committed to doing, as Justin promised: “So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindly,” when he announced their engagement on Instagram.
Besides, by the sound of things, the pair aren’t planning a shotgun wedding, with plans to enjoy their engagement and the current stage they are at.
