DIMAPUR, JULY 29: Nagaland Government has sought clarification from the Presidents of Association of Kohima Municipal Ward Panchayat (AKMWP), All Ward Union Mokokchung Town (AWUMT) and Dimapur Urban Council Chairmen Federation (DUCCF) as to “Which are the particular Sections, Clause(s) that infringes Article 371(A) of the Indian Constitution” in reference to the amendment of the Nagaland Municipal Act 2001.
Joint Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, T Nchumbemo Odyu, has requested the three organizations to furnish the details in written for further necessary action. (Page News Service)
