Govt. orders total restriction of visitors to Nagaland Secretariat

DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 21: Following the recent detection of COVID-19 cases in the Nagaland Civil Secretariat Complex, the Government of Nagaland has ordered total restriction of visitors to the State Secretariat with immediate effect till further orders.
In an order issued today, Principal Secretary, Home, R Ramakrishnan (IAS) said the order was issued in the interest of public safety.
The order asked all employees to have valid ID cards, which they should display to the checking staff while entering the Secretariat. All employees within the establishment have been advised not to entertain outsiders or visitors and to follow precautionary measures at all times of wearing mask, regular washing of hands and maintaining social and physical distancing to ensure general safety.
Any correspondences or letter may be emailed to the Department (the list of departmental email IDs is available on the State portal or may be delivered to the staff at the entrance gate and the concerned Department’s Nodal Officer may be informed to collect from the main gate reception.
