Dimapur, July 16: Nagaland Governor, PB Acharya paid a visit to the CRPF Group Centre, Khatkati on July 15 last and interacted with the DIG, Shahnawas Khan and other officers of the CRPF Group Centre.
The Governor said that CRPF have been contributing immensely towards peace, stability and harmony of the North East. He stated that the force has been fighting insurgency under difficult conditions and maintaining peace and tranquillity particularly in NE region.
Acharya expressed his appreciation to all ranks of CRPF Group Centre, Khatkati, who were serving 24×7 to maintain the integrity of the nation in challenging conditions and also to ensure security of citizens.
The Governor also reiterated that time demands that every empowered person need to “outreach” more positively to motivate and identify the beneficiaries of Central flagship projects including adoption of villages and Government schools.
