Dimapur, July 7: Nagaland Governor RN Ravi has extended Tuluni greetings to the people of Nagaland, especially Sumi community.
Although the festival is being celebrated in an extraordinary Covid-19 situation this year with restrictions, the Governor hoped that the festive spirit of newness and bonding would restore our faith and help us to overcome the difficult time.
“May Tuluni festival remind us of our ancestors who found strength in one another, in good and bad times,” he said.
The Governor further hoped the Sumis will come together as a community and continue building and leading the Nagas from the front to overcome the challenge we are facing today.
