Governor attends Gyan Kumbh at Haridwar

Dimapur, November 5: Governor of Nagaland P B Acharya attended the first Gyan Kumbh, the two day National Conference for qualitative improvement of Higher Education, which was inaugurated by President of India, Ram Nath Kovind on November 3 at Patanjali Vidyapeeth, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, which is being jointly organized by the Higher Education Department of the Uttarakhand Government and the University of Patanjali.
In the afternoon Governor of Nagaland, P B Acharya was the Special Guest for the technical session of the Gyan Kumbh in which Education Ministers from various states including Manipur and Meghalaya spoke about quality improvement in Higher Education in the country.
In his address, Governor Acharya stressed on the need for skill addition in academic curriculum to make students coming out of universities employable.
