We complain about how dirty the Dimapur environment is, but do you do anything about it? We know it is dirty, yet we don’t hesitate for a split second to throw garbage anywhere. If we start cleaning our own mess eventually the smelly Dimapur won’t be too smelly. Everything starts and ends with us.
