
Kohima, November 20: The Nagaland Tourism Department in collaboration with Imagi.Nation will hold a two-day Food and Music Festival as a prelude to Hornbill Festival 2023 at Imagi Land, Children’s of Naga Heritage Village Kisama on November 24 and 25.
This was announced during a press conference today at Hotel Ura here by the Deputy Director of Tourism Department, Toka E. Tuccumi along with Managing Director of Imagi.Nation Elivinuo Seleyi.
Seleyi said it will be one of its kind events where with an entry fee of Rs 50 per head, people can enjoy live music, exotic Naga cuisines in the evenings while the daytime will be for kid’s carnival, art installations, book fair, lovers’ lock, portable planetarium etc.
She said that the event starts at 1 p.m. on November 24 with the inaugural function and continues till 10 p.m. while on the second day it will be from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The event is being organized in order to provide an opportunity to the tourists in the state to have a glimpse of the 10-day long Hornbill festival held from December 1 to 10, said tourism official Tuccumi.
Imagi.Nation’s Business Coordinator Kezha and HR Chiset Zeliang were also present during the press conference. (Page News Service)
