Dimapur, May 10: Fazl Ali College Mokokchung held its 61st parting social on the theme “Longraseta Penzür” (Wistful Reminiscing) for the outgoing BA & B.Sc 6th semester students on May 10 at the College auditorium.
The formal session was chaired by E Esther K, Fine Arts and Literary secretary FACSU. Principal Dr Temjenwabang on behalf of the teachers and administration advised and encouraged the students to live up to the expectations of being a graduate from an ‘A Grade’ college and wished them a bright future.
Lanutangit of BA 4thSem, general secretary FACSU expressed gratitude to the outgoing senior students for being their mentors and encouraged them to overcome challenges with skills and knowledge gained from the college. Speech from the outgoing students was delivered by Merensunep of BA 6th Sem.
The outgoing students include BA – 230 students and B.Sc – 57 students respectively of the 2019 Batch. The programme was attended by students and teachers fraternity. Later after the refreshment in the afternoon, an informal session was arranged by the students for the outgoing students. (Page News Service)
