ESTI conducts recruitment drive at Tuensang

Dimapur, January 9: Emporium Skill Training Institute conducted skill development training & recruitment programme under PMKVY scheme of Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship. Government of India at Town Hall Tuensang on January 4 with the collaboration of empanelled training partner of Employment, Skill Development Entrepreneurship and Government of Nagaland.
The inaugural session was attended by Minister of Environment Forest & Climate Change and Parliamentary Affairs, CM Chang, Toshi Wungtung, Advisor to I&PR, SCERT Village Guards and Chairman DP&DB Tuensang, tribal leaders among others.
Speaking on the occasion, CM Chang lamented the growing unemployment scenario in the State. He welcomed the aspiring candidates attending the programme and called upon them to take maximum opportunity of such programmes. He encouraged the aspiring youths to learn from such skill development training and get a maximum benefit and grow broader in their mindset.
Toshi Wungtung emphasized on human development through skill development programmes and highlighted the government’s focus on minimizing the unemployment problems.
Anirban Mukerjee, Operations Manager (India &international) Emporium Skills in his keynote address briefed on the skill development programme, training procedures and placement after the training.
The programme was led by L. Jamithung Lotha, Deputy Commissioner Tuensang.
