Kohima, November 29: Youth resources & sports advisor Er. Zale Neikha today inaugurated a cemetery “In God’s Care Cemetery” at Kezo town.
The advisor said that Kezo town which falls under 15th Southern Angami- II Assembly Constituency, was yet to be recognized as a village or town, with a mix of different tribes and communities inhabiting the area.
As most of the population are tenants without any plot of land, the cemetery was indeed a genuine requirement, he said.
Er. Zale hoped that the cemetery would benefit the population at large-both rich and poor alike.
He hoped that this humble initiative will be an eye- opener for other neighbouring villages in the constituency.
Er. Zale also stated that in the interest of the Kezochazou range, the PDA government and transport department has already made necessary arrangements for starting bus service from Kidima- Kohima via Kezo Town/Sakhabama.
