Dimapur, December 18: The EAC of Chumukedima, Seyiekhrietuo Solo has reminded all Telecom Service Providers that a grace period of 45 days has been granted to remove and rectify overhead cables placed haphazardly along National Highway 29.
In an order, the EAC directed the service providers to ensure that the rectification work is done as per prescribed standards of the Indian Telegraph Right of Way Rules, 2016 and in consultation with the PWD (NH) and Power Departments.
