Dimapur, July 8: Deputy Chief Minister Y Patton today distributed 530 bags of rice to his constituency people residing in Wokha town.
Patton in his short interaction with the media at his Wokha residence during the distribution of free ration said after the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis he has been distributing rations for his constituency people. Today’s distribution of 530 bags of rice to daily wage earners will benefit around 530 household from his constituency residing in Wokha town, he said.
The Deputy Chief Minister from his end also donated sound system/PA equipments including two amplifier, horn and driver unit – 4 each, and microphone – 2, which was received by the Information Assistant, DPRO Office Wokha.
Rev. Achumo Kithan offered dedicatory prayer before handing over the relief material to the beneficiaries. (Page News Service)
