Dimapur, March 30: The Department of Health & Family Welfare has notified that in supersession to its office Order dated Kohima the 10th January 2023 and on the recommendation of the Search cum Selection Committee, Nagaland Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (NIMSR) Society, Dr. Soumya Chakraborty has been appointed to the post of Director-cum-Dean, Nagaland Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (NIMSR), Kohima in 7th CPC pay matrix Level 14 (Rs. 144200-218200) per month plus all other allowances as are admissible under the rules in force from time to time with effect from 12.12.2022.
It also informed that the Terms of Reference for Director cum Dean of Nagaland Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (NIMSR), Kohima shall be as per the Bye Laws of the Society or as may be prescribed by the Government from time to time. Further, it informed that the order has been issued with the approval of the Cabinet dated Kohima, the 21st April, 2022 and as approved in the first meeting of the Governing Council, NIMSR meeting held on January 23, 2023.
