DPDB meetings held at Zunheboto, Tseminyu & Kiphire

Dimapur, October 15: Zunheboto district held its monthly DPDB meeting at Town Hall Zunheboto on October 14. Deputy Commissioner Rahul Bhanudas Mali IAS chaired the meeting.
The meeting started with the introduction of new members, followed by a review of the last meeting. Mali requested the members to be present at the station all the time for the smooth functioning of the office and to serve the public sincerely.
He further added that for the celebration of Zunheboto jubilee and Ahuna celebration, a discussion will be held in the next DPDB meeting with all the legislators under the Zunheboto district therefore, he directed everyone to be present in the meeting.
Deputy Commissioner thanked the members for their participation and ended the meeting.
Tseminyu:
The monthly meeting of the District Planning & Development Board, Tseminyu was held on October 13 in the official chamber of Deputy Commissioner Tseminyu with R. Khing, advisor V&AH, Women Resources Development, and chairman DPDB, Tseminyu.
In his short speech, he appealed to the officers to remain in the station and reminded all the members that attending DPDB monthly meeting is an official responsibility and bounding duty of every member. Reviewed the last DPDB meeting minutes, a presentation on biodiversity conservation was given by President Rengma village council chairman, Kegwasing Keppen.
ADC, Tseminyu, Longasen has informed the members that Tseminyu District had received EVMS/VVPATs from the election office, a PowerPoint presentation by Jonah, JAA (Treasury). The next PowerPoint presentation will be given by the department of RD.
Deputy Commissioner and vice chairman DPDB, Tseminyu, Dr. Zasekoulie Chusi IAS, who presided over the proceeding, also welcomed the new members.
Kiphire:
The monthly District Planning Development Board (DPDB) Kiphire was held on October 13 at DC’s Conference Hall Kiphire under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner & Vice Chairman DPDB Kiphire, T Wati Aier.
The Deputy Commissioner welcomed the new DPDB members and urged them to give their best for the district. He also congratulated Dr. N Moa Jamir Sr. Dental Surgeon DH Kiphire and Er. Akok Sair, EE PHED for their great achievements and also for bringing laurels to the Kiphire District.
He requested all the Heads of Offices to submit the list of all the employees to the Treasury Office on or before November 15.
Aier also highlighted the CMHIS and encouraged all Government employees to avail the opportunity. Kiphire being an Aspirational District, the central team are visiting the district from time to time to evaluate the developmental works and activities carried out in the district so he informed all the departments to be ready with the presentation.
During the meeting, proposal for the opening of BC Olive School in Kiphire; constitution of verification committee for LADP 2022-2023; and Inter-Departmental Badminton Tournament were discussed.
Later, a PowerPoint presentation was given by DPRO, Kiphire where he highlighted the overall departmental activities.
