DoSE clarifies on re-opening of schools

Kohima, August 23: The Directorate of School Education, Nagaland, has refuted the unauthorized information being circulated in social media about re-opening of schools for classes 9 to 12 in the State from the month of October 2020.
In a clarification, Principal Director Shanava C said a rough pamphlet created with dummy dates for the purpose of discussion at higher level is being circulated in social media, which is not an authorized/approved departmental notification.
“The pamphlet being circulated in the social media is a piece rough work created with dummy dates for the purpose of discussion at higher level and is not an authorized/approved Departmental Notification. Therefore, all concerned are advised not to circulate the ‘unauthorized pamphlet’ and also not to be misled by such unauthorized information,” he said.
The principal director also informed that appropriate disciplinary action will be initiated against the staff who leaked the rough work to unauthorized persons without the approval of the competent authority.
